    Coffee with Collagen at 30

    My Energizing New Morning Ritual

As I entered my thirties, I realized the importance of establishing a morning routine that sets the tone for a productive and energized day. One of the key additions to my new morning ritual has been incorporating collagen into my coffee. In this post I will explain what I’ve learned along the way about collagen, why I’ve added it to my routine, and how to easy it is to incorporate this powder to your daily routine.

    Discovering Collagen:

Collagen, often referred to as the “glue” that holds our bodies together, is a protein found in our skin, bones, muscles, and tendons. As we age, our body’s natural collagen production begins to decline, leading to visible signs of aging such as wrinkles, sagging skin, and joint pain. Before reading about Collagen I didn’t know anything about this protein. But when I learned more I was really surprised about the benefits of adding collagen to my daily routine. Not only does it support healthy skin, hair, and nails, but it also aids in joint health, promotes gut health, and supports muscle recovery. By adding collagen to my morning coffee, I’m hoping to give my skin a radiant boost but to also nourishing my body from the inside out.

    Easy to use:

One of the things I love most about collagen is how easy it is to incorporate into my daily routine. While collagen supplements are available in various forms such as powders, capsules, and liquids, I prefer the convenience of collagen powder. It’s incredibly versatile and can be easily mixed with a variety of daily drinks, including smoothies, tea, and even water.

Coffee and Collagen: A Perfect Pairing:

Mixing collagen powder with my morning coffee has become second nature to me. The smooth texture of the powder blends seamlessly with the rich flavor of the coffee. If you drink your coffee with milk, make sure you add the collagen to your coffee first and then add the frothed milk after the collagen is completely mixed with your coffee. In this way you won’t get any lumps into your warm milk. Usually collagen is flavorless, so you won’t even notice anything different in your coffee.

As I embrace my thirties, I’m committed to prioritizing my health and well-being, starting with my morning routine. Incorporating collagen into my coffee has been a simple addition which will hopefully do wonders when the time passes. I notice small differences already but of course the real chance will become visible in the long run. Let me know your experience with collagen or other supplements, always happy to learn and try new things.

I’ve tried different collagen brands. My favorites at the moment are from Holland & Barret and Vital Proteins. Note: there are different types of collagen powder. As collagen is always based on animal products you can choose between; Pork, Fish and Cow.
