    There’s something magical about the different coffee moments that I experience throughout the day. Each one offers a unique experience with his own function. Let me take you on a journey through my typical coffee-filled day, starting from the moment I wake up.

    Start of the Day with an Espresso

    There’s nothing quite like the brisk embrace of an espresso to kickstart my morning. Especially now in the summer time as the sun peeks over the horizon, the smell of that perfect shot of espresso. The intense aroma fills the kitchen, even before the first sip. It’s a moment of pure energy, that prepares me to face the day with a big smile on my face.

    Tip: For the best espresso, invest in a quality espresso machine and don’t forget to preheat your cup to keep your espresso warm longer.

    After Breakfast Cappuccino with Oat Milk

    Once breakfast is over, it’s time for a cappuccino with oat milk. The creamy texture of oat milk complements the robust flavor of the coffee, creating a harmonious blend that’s both satisfying and comforting. I love to add my collagen powder with this cup. It’s my mid-morning treat, a moment to pause before starting the day with work related tasks.

    Tip: To achieve the perfect froth with oat milk, use a frother. I personally use the Nespresso Aeroccino, it is perfect for hot or cold froth. Barista-quality oat milk brands often froth better and have a more neutral taste that doesn’t overpower the coffee.

    When the afternoon sun blazes high, an iced coffee becomes my refreshing drink. There’s something about the chilled coffee hitting your taste buds, a mix of caffeine and cool relief. Whether I’m taking a break from work or just need a cool drink to start my next meeting, this icy beverage is my go-to summer delight.

    Tip: Brew your coffee strong for iced coffee to avoid dilution when the ice melts. Cold brew is an excellent choice, providing a smooth, less acidic taste that’s perfect for hot days. I love to finish the recipe with some caramel sirop of Monin.

    As the day winds down (especially to celebrate the start of the weekend), I love to indulge in an Espresso Martini. This cocktail is the perfect blend of sophistication and relaxation, a delightful way to end the day on a high note, and so easy to make at home. The rich coffee flavor combined with the smoothness of vodka and the sweetness of coffee liqueur makes for a decadent dessert drink.

    Tip: To make an excellent Espresso Martini, use freshly brewed espresso, quality vodka, and a coffee liqueur like Kahlúa. Shake it well with ice to get that beautiful frothy top.

    Instructions:

    1. Pour the Jasmine syrup in a glass
    2. Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour the orange juice on it, you will get two layers
    3. Brew the shot of espresso in the shaker, add some ice cubes and shake well.
    4. Pour the cold coffee on top of the drink, now you will have three layers.
    5. Decorate with Jasmine leaves.

    3. Negroni Coffee

    Ingredients:

    • 15 ml Campari

    • 1 unites Ice cubes
    • 1 shot of Espresso

    1. Add the Campari, gin and Vermouth in a glass and stir well with a spoon.
    2. Add ice cubes, orange zest and stir more.
    3. Extract your espresso in a separate container and cool with ice.
    4. Add the coffee to the glass and serve.

    It’s Friday, so time for a delicious and easy cocktail recipe. Indulge in the perfect blend of coffee and cocktails with this Espresso Martini recipe! Whether you’re a coffee aficionado or a cocktail enthusiast, in this blog post, we’ll guide you through crafting the ultimate Espresso Martini at home. Get ready to shake and achieve that rich, velvety texture and irresistible flavor.

    Ingredients

    • 5 ml Vanilla Syrup
    • 30 ml Vodka
    • 60 g ice cubes
    • 1 teaspoon cacao
    • 1 Nespresso Ristretto capsule
    • decoration of choice
    • Shaker
    • Spoon
    • Martini Glass

    Instructions

    Extract the Ristretto (40ml) Nespresso capsule in a cup over one ice cube and let it cool.

    Pour in the shaker 30ml of vodka, then add 5 ml of Vanilla syrup and 40 ml of the cooled Ristretto. Then add 4 bigger ice cubes and “Shake vigorously for approx. 10 seconds.

    Pour everything without the ice cubes in a Martini Glass (filter with an ice strainer).

    I’ve tried this recipe of Miljuschka and it was amazing! So get ready to indulge in the decadent flavors of Italy with this irresistible Tiramisu recipe. This classic dessert is a symphony of creamy mascarpone, delicate ladyfingers, and, of course, a generous infusion of coffee. Get ready to elevate your taste buds with each bite with the rich coffee flavor and sweet creaminess of this beloved Italian treat. Let’s dive into how to create this caffeinated masterpiece!

    Ingredients

    5 egg yolks

    6 tbsp sugar

    450 grams mascarpone

    4 tbsp amaretto liqueur

    zest of 1 lime

    possibly a little juice

    3 dl strong freshly brewed coffee

    300 g ladyfingers

    1 bar of dark chocolate

    cocoa powder

    Instructions

    1. Beat the egg yolks together with the sugar until it becomes a fluffy light yellow mixture.
    2. Place the mascarpone in a bowl and first loosen it a bit with a fork. Add 1 tablespoon of the amaretto liqueur and the zest of the lime, and mix well. If you prefer it a bit fresher, you can add a tiny splash of lime juice. Fold the egg yolks into the mascarpone until it forms a homogeneous mixture.
    3. Mix the coffee with some water (about 1 dl) and also add the other 2 tablespoons of liqueur.
    4. Dip the ladyfingers one by one into the coffee mixture and place them side by side in a flat baking dish (rectangular or square).
    5. Once the bottom is covered, spread half of your mascarpone mixture over it. Then, create a second layer with the ladyfingers (dipping them in coffee again) and spoon the other half of the mascarpone mixture over them.
    6. Smooth the top, cover with plastic wrap, and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight. Before serving, sprinkle with cocoa powder and grated chocolate.

    1 capsule Vertuo Ginseng or Original Caramello

    150 ml Barista oat drink

    25 gr Caramel sauce

    7 (210 gr) Ice cubes

    40 ml Cocktail tip: Coffee liqueur

    How to make this recipe?

    Pour the oat drink into a milk frother and prepare cold milk foam. Pour the caramel sauce into the glass in a swirling motion along the sides. Add the ice cubes. Pour the milk foam over the ice cubes. Cocktail tip: pour the coffee liqueur into the glass. Prepare your coffee. Prepare 1 Vertuo Ginseng capsule directly into the glass or Prepare 1 Original Caramello capsule directly into the glass. TADAAA!
