How to make the best Espresso martini, simply at home

Ingredients
- 5 ml Vanilla Syrup
- 30 ml Vodka
- 60 g ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon cacao
- 1 Nespresso Ristretto capsule
- decoration of choice
- Shaker
- Spoon
- Martini Glass
Instructions
Extract the Ristretto (40ml) Nespresso capsule in a cup over one ice cube and let it cool.
Pour in the shaker 30ml of vodka, then add 5 ml of Vanilla syrup and 40 ml of the cooled Ristretto. Then add 4 bigger ice cubes and “Shake vigorously for approx. 10 seconds.
Pour everything without the ice cubes in a Martini Glass (filter with an ice strainer).
